Durian Purchase Terms & Conditions for Buyers Please review these terms before confirming your order: Payment: All orders must be paid in full before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the fruit will be fresh and in good condition upon dispatch. Taste Variance (No Refund): Durian taste is subjective (bitter, sweet, creamy). We cannot offer refunds or exchanges based solely on personal taste preference. Defective/Rotten Fruit: If your fruit is found to be rotten or defective upon opening, you must take clear photographic or video evidence immediately (within 2 hours of receipt) and contact us. Replacement or credit will be issued at our discretion following review of the evidence. Delivery Responsibility: Once the durian is handed over to the courier/delivery service, the risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier. Missing Fruit/Shortage: Any claim for missing fruit must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order. Order Changes: Changes or cancellations must be requested and confirmed by us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
